50 Ft. Morrelli & Melvin 2007 (Commissioned in 2011)

"Shooting Star" came from the same drawing board as the record-breaking PlayStation 125 racing catamaran. Morrelli & Melvin’s mission is to “Design and Engineer fast cool boats” which is certainly apparent aboard the easy to handle, fun to sail "Shooting Star." Her long-range cruising capability is enhanced by her shoal draft and convertible open cockpit to weatherproof bridge deck hardtop enclosure. Commissioned by her original owners in 2011, she was built light, strong and laid out for a couple to sail without crew. The current owner has greatly improved the vessel with many upgrades, additional equipment, full paint and rub rail; the list goes on. "Shooting Star" is ready to take you where ever you want to go and have fun getting there.

Broker's Comments

Long range capable and shoal draft allow the "Shooting Star" to travel to places off limits to most boats. Dry weatherproof enclosure or open cockpit sailing provides the best of both worlds.
